Readiness

Some days you push. Some days you bank the work.

FitMove reads your sleep, soreness, energy and stress alongside the training you actually did this week, and turns it into today's plan: a readiness band, tuned sets and reps, and a ceiling on how hard anything should feel. No guessing, no hero sessions on a bad night's sleep.

A check-in that takes 20 seconds

Four sliders in the morning — sleep, soreness, energy, stress — plus whatever your watch or ring already knows. That's the whole input. Skip a day and FitMove falls back on your recent training instead of nagging you.

  • Sleep, soreness, energy and stress in one screen
  • Muscle-group soreness maps to the exercises that use it
  • Missing a check-in never blocks your workout

Your readiness band sets today's ceiling

Readiness lands in a band — from low to primed — and the band decides how much work today can carry. On a low day you keep the movements but lose a set and gain a rep ceiling. On a primed day the plan opens up and asks for the heavy top set you've been earning.

  • Volume moves up or down instead of the session being cancelled
  • A hard-day effort cap keeps you off the red line
  • Targets freeze when you start, so they never shrink mid-set

Nothing changes without a reason you can read

Every adjusted number carries a small (i). Tap it and you get one short paragraph in your own language: what was reduced, what caused it, and what to do about it. No jargon, no hidden model, nothing you have to take on faith.

  • Plain-language explainer next to every adjustment
  • Written for humans, in all 24 languages
  • You can always override and train your own way

Rest days you actually accept

When several days of poor sleep stack on top of heavy training, FitMove proposes a rest day instead of quietly shrinking every session. Accept it and the whole app agrees — today's plan, your program and your streak all treat it as a planned rest, not a miss.

  • Rest proposals come with the reasoning attached
  • Accepting one keeps your streak intact
  • Deloads are scheduled, not improvised
