Broken machines fix themselves faster

A rattling cable gets reported in seconds instead of mentioned at the desk and forgotten. The right person hears about it immediately, members stop being programmed onto it, and the technician closes the job with a scan.

Reporting takes ten seconds

Every machine already carries a QR sticker. Scan it, tap "Report a problem", pick what is wrong and add a photo if it helps. The report lands with the machine, the room and the time attached — no free-text ticket to decode later.

  • Members and staff can both report
  • Photo and short description optional
  • Duplicates on the same machine are grouped

Reported, assigned, repaired — in one place

It reaches the responsible person

Each center names a repair responsible. New faults arrive as a direct message and a notification, so nothing depends on someone reading a shared inbox. Status changes are visible to the whole staff team.

Nobody is sent to a broken machine

The moment a machine is marked out of service it disappears from generated programs and is flagged on the floor plan. Members get a working alternative for the same muscle group instead of a wasted trip across the floor.

  • Substitute exercises offered automatically

The technician closes it on the spot

Printed label sheets carry a separate service QR. The external technician scans it, confirms the repair and signs the machine back into service — without an account, an app or a phone call to the office.

  • Service QR on every printed label sheet
  • Sign-off without creating an account
  • Downtime per machine visible to management
