Terms of Service
Last updated: August 21, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the FitMove.ai app, website, screens and related services. By creating an account, accepting an invitation from a fitness center, or using the service in any other way, you agree to them. Please read them — in particular the health disclaimer and the section on artificial intelligence.
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
FitMove.ai is a service provided by OneProgram ApS (CVR 36496649), Rølkjær 4, 6600 Vejen, Denmark — referred to below as "we", "us" and "FitMove.ai". We provide a training, coaching and fitness-center platform. These Terms cover every function of the platform: the member app, the fitness-center console used by staff, digital signage and TV screens, QR codes placed in a center, e-mail and push messages we send on behalf of a center, and any beta features we make available.
Where a fitness center gives you access as a member or staff member, these Terms apply to you in addition to any agreement between us and that center. If the two conflict on a point about your personal use, these Terms apply.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate body and health data, so load and program recommendations stay safe.
- Staff and owner accounts in a fitness center carry extra responsibility: you may see member data and act on it, and you must only do so for legitimate purposes of running that center.
- One person, one account. Do not share logins, including staff logins for screens or shared tablets.
3. What the service does
Depending on your role and your center, the platform can provide:
Training and coaching
- Personalised training programs, weekly plans and day-by-day adjustments.
- Workout logging, sets, loads, timers and offline session capture.
- An AI coach you can chat with, and coach proposals such as rest days or deload weeks.
- Form check: you upload a video of a lift and receive automated technique feedback.
- Fitness assessments, wellness checks and progress tracking including body measurements.
Nutrition
- Nutrition targets, meal and water logging, food search and recipe suggestions.
Social and community
- A feed, reactions, comments, kudos, groups, challenges, duels and streaks.
- Direct messaging, training buddies, live session participation and spotting requests, including requests shown on screens in your center.
Fitness-center functions
- Member and staff administration, roles, invitations and member notes.
- Rooms, machines, equipment catalogue, QR codes, service intervals, fault reports and repair logs.
- Classes and bookings, waiting lists and rosters.
- Member analytics, churn risk, occupancy, facility usage and equipment health.
- Campaigns and lifecycle automations that send e-mail or push messages to members.
- Digital signage: TV screens showing occupancy, classes, weather, community content and messages.
- The daily brief and center intelligence: a written summary with suggested actions.
Features change over time. We may add, modify or discontinue functions, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.
4. Health disclaimer
FitMove.ai is a fitness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program — especially with an injury, a chronic condition, or during pregnancy.
- Stop training immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath, and seek help.
- Any load, intensity or nutrition figure the platform shows is a suggestion, not a prescription. You decide what you lift and eat.
5. Artificial intelligence and transparency (EU AI Act)
Parts of FitMove.ai are powered by artificial intelligence. In line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act) we tell you clearly where you are interacting with an AI system and which content is AI-generated.
Where you are talking to an AI, not a human
- The AI coach chat and onboarding chat are AI systems. No human reads or answers in real time.
- Coach proposals (rest days, plan changes, deloads) are generated automatically and presented for you to accept or decline.
What content is AI-generated
- Training programs, weekly plans, exercise selection and progression adjustments.
- AI coach replies and coaching summaries.
- The daily brief and center intelligence summaries, and their suggested actions.
- Form-check feedback on videos you upload.
- Nutrition suggestions, meal ideas and generated recipes.
- Equipment recognition from room photos and scans, and machine-to-exercise matching.
- Suggested text for campaigns, messages and digital-signage content, before a human edits and publishes it.
- Machine translation of parts of the interface and of e-mails into your language.
Inside the product, AI-generated content is presented as such. Where a center publishes AI-assisted text on a screen or in an e-mail, a staff member reviews and approves it before it is sent.
Limitations you must be aware of
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your situation.
- It is not medical, diagnostic, psychological, legal or other professional advice.
- Do not rely on AI output alone for any consequential decision — about your health, another person's health, an injury, an employee, or a piece of equipment. A qualified human should review it.
- You remain responsible for what you do with the output, including anything a center publishes to members.
What we do not do
- We do not use emotion recognition or biometric categorisation.
- We do not use facial recognition to identify people.
- We make no fully automated decision that produces legal effects for you or similarly significantly affects you. Membership, employment and disciplinary decisions are made by humans at your center.
- We do not use your personal data to train third-party foundation models.
Data sent to AI providers
- To generate the content above, relevant inputs are sent to our AI providers: training and program data, the text you write to the coach, photos and videos you submit for scanning or form check, and — for center features — aggregated, mostly de-identified center statistics.
- Providers process this on our instructions under data-processing agreements. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Human review and complaints
You can ask a human to review any AI output that affects you, correct it, or object to it, by writing to legal@fitmove.ai. You can also report AI output you believe is harmful or wrong from within the app.
6. Your content
You own the photos, videos, notes, posts and measurements you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store and process them solely to deliver the service to you — for example to build a program from a room photo, analyse a lift, or show your post to the people you shared it with. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that expire on our normal schedule.
- Only upload content you have the right to share.
- If other people are visible in a photo or video, make sure they agree.
- Content you post to a feed, group, challenge or screen is visible to that audience. Treat it as public within your center.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not harass, bully, dox or endanger other members — including through spotting requests, messages or screen content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or circumvent the security of the service.
- Do not use the AI coach or form check to harm yourself or others, or to obtain advice you would need a licensed professional for.
- Do not upload illegal, hateful or sexual content, or content that infringes someone's rights.
- Staff: do not export, share or use member data outside the operation of your center, and do not send campaigns that ignore a member's opt-out.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or put other users at risk.
8. Privacy
How we collect and use personal data — including health-related data, which is a special category under the GDPR — is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data from Settings.
9. Subscription and billing
Some functions are free; others require a paid subscription, either your own or one paid by your fitness center. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Settings; access continues to the end of the current billing period. Statutory rights of withdrawal and consumer-protection rules in your country apply.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, that a center has removed, or where required by law. If a center ends its agreement, its staff lose access to the center console; your personal training data stays with you.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we exclude implied warranties. We are not liable for injury resulting from training you chose to perform, nor for decisions taken on the basis of AI output without human review. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by e-mail before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and contact
Your contracting party is OneProgram ApS, CVR 36496649, Rølkjær 4, 6600 Vejen, Denmark. These Terms are governed by Danish law, subject to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. Questions, complaints and requests for human review: legal@fitmove.ai.
