Build around the hold, not a blank week
Select a hold and its real class dates become the backbone. Add recommended self-training, build from equipment in the chosen room, and let AI adapt the work to training style, recovery and health information members chose to share.

The real schedule is already on the canvas
Choose a hold and its scheduled classes appear as fixed instructor-led sessions, with dates, times and rooms intact. Add recommended self-training days between them, including time windows members can move when life changes.
- Instructor-led sessions come from the live hold calendar
- Movable recommended days for training alone
- Recovery spacing is checked across the whole week

AI drafts from what the center can actually deliver
The assistant knows the selected hold, training style, class schedule and chosen room. It drafts only from the exercise catalogue, ranks equipment that is really available and avoids impossible matches such as maximum-strength work in a light-training room.
- Searchable, localized exercise catalogue with drag, tap and keyboard controls
- Equipment fit based on the selected room
- Sets, reps, load and rest tailored to training style

See the effect before a member trains
A live body map highlights the muscles each week affects. The impact panel tracks volume, push/pull balance, session length and recovery, catching overloaded muscles, back-to-back strain and missing rest days while there is still time to adjust.
- Front-and-back muscle map driven by planned sets
- Volume, balance and duration update as you edit
- Overtraining and recovery warnings across days
Lower body needs more space before Friday.
Member-aware without exposing private health data
The builder uses anonymized hold-level context from wellness checks, recent recovery, injuries and chronic conditions that members explicitly shared. It suggests safer alternatives and blocks publishing when unresolved health, equipment or schedule conflicts remain.
- Warnings per member and exercise without exposing unnecessary details
- One-click safer alternatives from the real catalogue
- Publishing guardrails for health, equipment and schedule conflicts
Safety coverage
18 members checked
Shared health context applied
Only member-approved injuries and conditions are included.
Room and equipment fit
Every planned exercise can run in the selected room.
Publishing guardrail
Unresolved conflicts must be fixed before publishing.
Build once. Adapt safely for the next hold
Publish proven programs to the center library so every staff member can reuse them. When a program is loaded for another hold, the assistant creates a separate adapted copy using that hold's schedule, room, training style and shared member needs. The original stays unchanged.
- Shared, searchable program library for center staff
- AI-adapted copies preserve the trusted original
- Published sessions flow to members' Today view and calendars

Combine rooms in one programme
Tick several rooms instead of one and the equipment from all of them counts as available. Rooms are grouped by address with a select-all shortcut — rooms at another address can't be mixed into the same programme, and if your rooms have no addresses, everything can be combined.
- Multi-select rooms grouped by address
- Equipment from every chosen room counts
- Same-address rule prevents impossible programmes
Members build their own programme
Members don't have to wait for staff: they pick the rooms they train in, drag exercises into their week and press 'Use this now' to make it their active plan. Scanning a machine's QR label collects it into 'my machines', so the exercise list can be filtered down to exactly the gear they use.
- Scan a machine's QR code to collect it
- Combine rooms at the same address
- The same injury checks as the staff builder
How it works
Choose a center and hold
Open Program Builder directly from the staff menu, then select the hold and room you are planning for.
Draft, see impact, refine
Let AI start from the real schedule or build manually while muscle, recovery and safety checks update live.
Publish everywhere it matters
Attach the finished program to the hold so scheduled sessions reach members in Today and their calendars.
