Training doesn't only happen in a gym.

A ride, a run, a padel match, a swim, an hour in the garden. Say it in your own words and FitMove.ai works out the numbers — then treats it as the training it actually was.

One sentence in. Sport, duration, intensity and calories out.

Say it the way you'd say it out loud

Type "mtb 45 min hard" or "easy 5 k run" and the sport, the duration, the distance and the intensity are read straight out of the sentence. Prefer buttons? Pick a sport and a length in two taps instead.

  • Free text, your own language — no dropdown safari
  • Distance and intensity picked up when you mention them
  • Common sports one tap away for the days you're in a hurry
  • Ask the coach to log it for you and it lands in the same place

Numbers you can actually use

Calories come from published MET values for the sport, scaled by your body weight, the intensity you reported and your heart rate when a watch supplied one. It's an estimate — but an estimate with a method behind it, not a flat number per minute.

  • MET values per sport and intensity, scaled to your weight
  • Heart-rate data used when your watch or belt provides it
  • Session load estimated so hard days read as hard days
  • Log the same session twice and it's recognised, not double-counted

It counts — everywhere it should

An outdoor session is not a footnote. It keeps your streak alive, it earns badges, it appears in your feed for your squad to cheer, and it moves the calories you have left to eat today.

  • Streaks and achievements treat it as a day trained
  • Your daily calorie budget adjusts to what you burned
  • Squad feed shows sport, time, distance and calories
  • Challenges and duels score it alongside gym sessions

Your coach reads it before it changes your plan

A week with four rides is not a light week. The adaptive coach stops proposing extra gym volume on top of it, the weekly review counts days trained rather than gym sessions, and the nightly analysis runs for you even in a week you never touched a barbell.

  • Heavy outside weeks pause volume increases in your program
  • Weekly review counts every day you trained, indoors or out
  • Daily Intelligence and its morning email include outdoor athletes
  • Trainers at your center see the training you did outside their walls

How it works

01

Write one line

"Mtb 45 min hard" — or pick the sport and the minutes.

02

We do the maths

MET values, your weight, intensity and heart rate become calories and load.

03

It flows through the app

Streak, nutrition, feed, weekly review and your coach's next call.
