Daily Intelligence

Your coach thinks about you every night.

While you sleep, FitMove.ai re-reads six weeks of your training, your recovery, your food and your injury flags. You wake up to one short brief — and three changes you can accept with a tap.

One short read, three decisions, no dashboard.

Your session

Accepted changes are already in today's plan.

What it reads before you wake up

Not a snapshot — a trend. Six weeks of sessions, every set you logged, your check-ins, your meals, your wearable data and every injury flag on your profile are pulled together into one picture before the brief is written.

  • Training volume, intensity and how hard the last week actually felt
  • Sleep, soreness, energy and resting heart rate from your check-ins and devices
  • Calories and protein against the target your body weight implies
  • Wellness Checkup results and every injury restriction you have saved

The maths happens before the AI does

Established sports-science measures are computed first, in plain arithmetic: your acute-to-chronic workload ratio, training monotony and strain, your estimated 1RM trend per lift, and your energy needs from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation. Only then is a brief written — and only when the numbers say something has actually changed.

  • Acute:chronic workload ratio — the classic spike-in-load warning
  • Monotony and strain — too much of the same, week after week
  • e1RM slope per lift — is the progression real or flat?
  • No change worth reporting means no brief. You do not get noise.

One tap, not another dashboard

A brief is at most three proposals, each written as a decision you can make in a second. Accepting one does the work: the program is rewritten, the macro target moves, the session is shifted in your calendar. Dismiss it and nothing changes.

  • "Deload this week" — sets and load adjusted across the block
  • "Add 20 g protein" — daily target updated in the nutrition tracker
  • "Move leg day to Thursday" — calendar and plan stay in sync
  • Every proposal explains, in one line, which number triggered it

Guard rails you cannot train through

The model never gets to override your restrictions. Injury flags, age-adjusted progression caps and hard load limits are applied deterministically after the brief is drafted, so a suggestion that would put you on a movement you cannot do never reaches your screen.

  • Injury and condition flags filter proposals before you see them
  • Progression caps soften with age instead of pushing harder
  • Load spikes are proposed down, never up, when the ratio is high
  • Your data trains nothing and is never sold

Mail when it matters — and a trainer when you want one

On the mornings the analysis finds something genuinely new, the brief lands in your inbox, written to be understood rather than obeyed: what changed, which number moved it, and what you can do about it. And if you train at a FitMove center, you can hand that same analysis to a trainer in one tap and talk it through with them.

  • Emails are sent only when a signal changes — quiet weeks stay silent
  • Every email explains the reasoning, so you learn your own data over time
  • Share a brief with a coach and it opens a conversation with the card inside
  • You can withdraw a trainer's access to a brief at any moment

How it works

01

You train and check in

Sets, sleep, soreness and meals — logged as you go.

02

We analyse overnight

Around 3 a.m. in your own timezone, the numbers are recomputed.

03

You wake up to a decision

One brief, up to three proposals, applied with a tap.
