Daily check-in

Some days you are not the athlete you were on Tuesday.

The check-in asks the few things that actually change a session: how you slept and for how long, how heavy the day feels, whether you are ill, and whether anything hurts. Half a minute later the plan in front of you matches the body you brought to the gym — and it tells you, in plain words, what it changed and why.

Six questions, no journalling

Energy, soreness, sleep quality and sleep hours, stress and motivation — tapped, not typed. Add that you are ill or fighting something off, and mark a pain area on the body map if one exists today. Nothing is mandatory: answer two things and you still get a better session than answering none.

  • Sleep quality and actual hours slept
  • Stress, motivation and illness flags
  • Tap a body area that hurts today

It changes the workout, not just a number

A low score does not print a motivational quote. Sets come down, the effort ceiling drops, rest stretches, and the exercises that load a sore area are swapped for something that still moves you forward. On a good day it goes the other way and gives you room to push.

  • Sets, reps, load and rest all adjust together
  • Painful areas are worked around, not through
  • Strong days unlock a heavier target

Plain language, always

Anywhere the app says something technical — reduced for today's form, effort ceiling, readiness band — there is a small (i) next to it. Tap it and you get one short paragraph in your own language explaining what it means and where the number came from. No dashboards to decode.

  • An (i) next to every technical phrase

Locked in when you start

Targets freeze the moment you begin the session, so a check-in you fill in later never moves the goalposts mid-workout. Do it before you train and today's plan is already right; do it after and it counts towards tomorrow instead.

  • Targets stay put once the session starts
  • A pre-workout check-in opens ready to answer
  • Rest days can be proposed and accepted in one tap
