Messaging lives inside the app, next to the training it is about. Members write their class or team, trainers reach the members of their center, and nobody has to hand out a phone number or start another group chat somewhere else.
One inbox, next to your training
A message icon sits between your center and your profile menu, with a badge for anything unread. Open it and you see every thread you are part of, newest first, with the last line and who wrote it — so a quick check takes a second, not a scroll.

Your class is already a group
Center groups get their own thread automatically: the people booked into a class or assigned to a team can write each other without anyone building a list by hand. Join the group and the thread is there; leave it and it quietly disappears from your inbox.

Staff reach the right people
Trainers, admins and owners can write any member of their own center — one person before a session, or a whole class about a schedule change. Reach stops at the center boundary, so nobody outside it can be messaged and no member list is exposed.

It arrives while you are away
Add FitMove.ai to your Home Screen and new messages arrive as a notification even when the app is closed — one per thread, so a busy class does not buzz twenty times. Prefer email? Turn it on in Settings and get a note instead, at most one per conversation every half hour.
