Groups

The smallest room in the gym is the one people come back to.

A morning crew, a beginners' block, a rehab group, a team. Create it in a minute, fill it from one search box whether the person is already a member or not, and everyone who accepts lands inside the group rather than at a login screen.

One search box for the whole floor

Type a name and you see your members and your pending invites in one list. Toggle a member in. Type an email address instead and the same box sends the invite.

  • Members and pending invites in the same result list
  • Existing accounts are added to the group immediately
  • New people get an email invite bound to that group

The invite goes where it should

Someone who isn't a member yet is taken to your center's sign-up with the group already attached — not dumped on a generic login page to figure it out. Once they're through, they're in the group.

  • Center sign-up with the group carried through
  • Group name and center shown before they commit
  • Redeeming the invite adds them automatically

Training together, outside the timetable

A group can schedule its own sessions, ask for a spot, and see who has said yes — without anyone booking a class or a coach opening a spreadsheet.

  • Member-scheduled sessions others can join
  • Spot requests that reach people actually in the building
  • Wins and reactions kept to emoji — nothing to moderate

Privacy that holds up

Nobody is connected to anybody until an invitation is accepted. Email addresses are never exposed to other members, and leaving a group removes the connection.

  • Connections created only on acceptance
  • No member email addresses shown to other members
  • Removal is confirmed, and reversible by re-inviting

How it works

01

Create the group

Name it, describe it, choose who runs it. About a minute.

02

Fill it from one box

Toggle in members, type an email for anyone who isn't one yet.

03

Let it run

The group schedules its own sessions and asks for its own spots.
