Training is better with someone chasing you

Join an open challenge, build a squad with your family or your gym floor, or call out one person for a 48-hour duel. Scores update every hour and everybody sees the board.

Challenges you can actually finish

Pick a window, pick a metric, and let people join. Challenges can be open to everyone, limited to your squad, invite-only, or scoped to a single fitness center — so a corporate step month and a neighbourhood push-up week live side by side.

  • Open, squad, invite-only or center-wide audiences
  • Sessions, minutes, volume, streaks or distance
  • Standings recomputed every hour, not once at the end

Standings recompute every hour

Squads for families, teams and gym floors

A squad is a small, private group with its own board. Invite by link, hand over ownership, and let people leave without losing their history. Squad totals roll up automatically, so one person having a hard week does not sink everybody.

  • Invite by link, no account juggling
  • Squad standings alongside individual ones
  • Owner controls: transfer, remove, leave

Duels: one person, one window

Call someone out and the clock starts when they accept. Both sides see a live countdown and a meter that shifts as sessions land. When time runs out the duel settles itself — no arguing about who logged what.

  • 48 hours to accept, then a fixed contest window
  • Live meter and countdown on both phones
  • Automatic settlement and a permanent record

Scoring that does not punish beginners

Absolute mode rewards raw output. Relative mode scores everyone against their own baseline from before the contest started, so somebody two weeks into training can beat a five-year veteran by improving more.

  • Absolute or relative scoring per challenge
  • Baselines pinned to the contest length
  • Overtake and ending-soon nudges, in your language

How it works

01

Pick your contest

Join something open, or create a challenge and choose who can see it.

02

Bring people in

Invite a squad, your center, or one person for a duel.

03

Just train

Every logged session scores itself. The board updates on its own.
