Nobody should train here as a stranger.
Equipment is a commodity. Belonging is not. FitMove gives a center the small, human mechanics of a real community — a threshold, a code, a weekly ritual, earned symbols, recognition that travels back — and then shows the staff, in numbers, who is still on the outside.

Day 0 — the threshold
The first fourteen days
What actually happens when somebody joins
Most gyms lose people in the first two weeks, quietly, before anyone learns their name. FitMove makes that stretch a designed sequence instead of an accident.
- 01
Day 0 — the threshold
They scan a QR sticker, follow an invite link or sign up at the desk, and land on a welcome instead of an empty dashboard. A member number, your house code, one line about why they train.
- 02
Day 1 — somebody says hello
Their name appears on the staff follow-up list and in the morning brief. One tap sends a real greeting, in their language.
- 03
Day 3 — the first ritual
A weekly ritual is already on the board and on the screens. They check in, and the streak starts — theirs and the room's.
- 04
Day 7 — recognition
They spot somebody, or post to the wall of work, and get a one-tap thanks back. Emoji only. Nothing to moderate, nothing to perform.
- 05
Day 14 — a tie, or a flag
Either they now have a tie to the room — an act given, an act received, a ritual checked in — or they show up as untied next to the churn list, while it still matters.
Seven mechanics
The things a community is actually made of
A boundary worth crossing
A member number per center and a house code the center writes itself. Members read it and accept it — once, in plain language, in their own language.
An initiation, not a signup
The welcome sheet is the first screen after joining: who you are here, what this place stands for, and why you train.
Rituals with a heartbeat
Weekly rituals your staff define, with check-ins, streaks and a spot on the signage screens — so the room has a rhythm anyone can join.
Symbols that are earned
Symbols come from behaviour: showing up, spotting, helping, hosting. They cannot be bought and they never expire into noise.
Inner rings
Guide, host and elder rings your managers grant to the members who carry the place — visible, revocable and never self-awarded.
Stories the center tells
Center stories and the wall of work put real moments from your floor on Today, on the screens and in the website embed.
Recognition that travels
One tap says well trained. It reaches the person, counts toward their symbols, lands in the ledger, and shows up on their progress page.
The belonging layer, page by page
Belonging health
The soft stuff, finally countable
Nothing extra is tracked. FitMove reads what already happened on your floor and turns it into three numbers your team can act on before Friday.
- Welcome rate Share of newcomers greeted within their first seven days.
- Connected share Active members with at least one tie in the last 30 days.
- Recognition Thanks and cheers given per week, trended over eight weeks.
Untied members are flagged directly on the churn-risk list, so the retention call is a human one: somebody who was never greeted, not a discount offer.
